Overview & Product Features

WANHUA HT800 is a primer-topcoat integrated high-temperature resistant coating formulated with inorganic resins, high-temperature ceramic materials, heat-resistant pigments/fillers, and special additives. It exhibits outstanding high-temperature resistance, anti-cracking performance, and excellent anti-corrosion properties, capable of withstanding temperatures of 800°C (black) and 650°C (aluminum color) respectively. Additionally, it offers superior weather resistance and anti-corrosion performance.

Recommended Applications: Suitable for various engine exhaust pipes and high-temperature equipment pipelines.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation
Designed for steel surfaces pretreated by sandblasting to achieve Swedish Standard SIS 055900 Sa2.5 or treated with power tools. Ensure all surfaces are free of grease, moisture, and contaminants before sandblasting.
Application Requirements
  • Ventilation: Proper ventilation in enclosed areas is critical for applicator safety and optimal product performance.
  • Environmental Conditions: The product must not be applied when relative humidity exceeds 85%. Ensure dry air during application.

Safety Measures

  • Adhere to warning labels on packaging containers.
  • Use in well-ventilated environments.
  • Avoid ingestion or inhalation of paint mist.
  • Prevent skin contact. If paint contacts skin, immediately clean with suitable detergent and soapy water. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
