Surface Preparation

Mixing & Dilution

• Mixing: As a single-component product, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to achieve uniform consistency.
• Dilution: Dilution is generally unnecessary. If required (e.g., due to local VOC regulations or air quality standards), add ≤5% TH001 thinner.

Application

• Methods: Apply via conventional spray, roller, or airless spray (nozzle: 0.33-0.48 mm; pressure: 12-18 MPa).
• Equipment: Ensure spraying equipment and pipelines are clean, dry, and free of solvents/water to achieve uniform film thickness.
• Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation in enclosed areas to protect applicators and maintain product performance. Avoid application at relative humidity >85%.

Safety Precautions

• Hazards: May cause eye and skin irritation. Vapors may trigger respiratory irritation in sensitive individuals or skin allergic reactions.
• Protective Measures:
  • Avoid inhaling vapors; prevent contact with eyes and skin.
  • Use eye/ear/skin protection and appropriate respiratory masks.
  • Wash skin thoroughly after use. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
• First Aid:
  • In case of eye contact: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
  • In case of inhalation: Provide artificial respiration (preferably mouth-to-mouth) and consult a physician.
