Application Guidelines

1. Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniform composition.
2. When thinning, use only the specified matching thinner. Add the thinner gradually while stirring to adjust to the required application viscosity.
3. Use the thinned coating under continuous stirring; if unavailable, stir intermittently.
4. Ensure the surface of the drum to be coated is clean, free of oil, rust, obvious watermarks, and other contaminants. In winter, the drum surface temperature should be at least 3℃ above the dew point.

Safety Protection

• Ensure good ventilation at the construction site. Painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc., to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist.

Transportation and Storage

• Store in a cool, ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature between 5-40℃.
• During transportation, protect against rain, sunlight, and collisions, and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.

Warning

• Irritating to eyes and skin. Vapors may cause respiratory allergies in sensitive individuals. May cause skin allergic reactions.
• Avoid inhaling vapors. Do not contact eyes or skin. Use protective equipment for eyes, ears, and skin.
• To avoid potential respiratory irritation, use a suitable respirator. Wash skin thoroughly after use. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
• In case of no breathing, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek medical attention immediately.

First Aid

• If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
• Remove contaminated clothing and shoes, and wash affected skin with soap.
