Surface Preparation

Mixing and Dilution

• AC163 is a single-pack product. Stir the paint for 2-3 minutes to achieve uniform consistency.
• Dilution is generally unnecessary or undesirable. If required for application purposes, add a small amount of thinner (5% or less), subject to local VOC and air quality regulations.

Application

• AC163 can be applied by traditional spraying, rolling, or airless spraying.
• Nozzle size: 0.33-0.48 mm; Outlet pressure: 15 MPa.
• Ensure equipment and fluid lines are clean, free of water and solvents, to achieve proper and uniform film thickness.
• Ventilation: Good ventilation in enclosed areas is critical for applicator safety and optimal product performance.
• Note: Avoid applying excessively thick coats.

Safety Measures

• Warning: May cause eye and skin irritation. Vapors may cause respiratory irritation in sensitive individuals. May cause skin allergic reactions.
• Avoid inhaling vapors. Keep away from eyes and skin. Use eye, ear, and skin protection equipment. Wear appropriate masks to prevent potential respiratory irritation.
• Wash skin thoroughly with water after use. Consult a physician if discomfort occurs. Wash clothing before reuse.
• In case of respiratory arrest, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek medical attention immediately.
• If contact with eyes occurs, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek immediate medical care.
