Surface Preparation

Mixing & Dilution

• As a single-component product, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniform consistency is achieved.
• Dilution is generally unnecessary. If required for application, add ≤5% TH016 thinner in compliance with local VOC and air quality regulations.

Application Parameters

• Methods: Brush, roller, or airless spraying
• Airless spraying: Use nozzle size 0.53-0.66mm with 15.0 MPa outlet pressure.
• Equipment Preparation: Ensure spraying equipment and pipelines are clean, dry, and free of water/solvents to achieve uniform film thickness.

• Protective Measures: Wear eye, ear, and skin protection; use appropriate respiratory masks to avoid inhalation.
• First Aid:
  • In case of eye contact: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
  • In case of skin contact: Wash thoroughly with water.
  • If inhalation occurs: Move to fresh air; perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation if breathing stops and consult a physician.
  • Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
