Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation
WH-CR112 is designed for direct application to steel surfaces pretreated by sandblasting to Sa2.5 grade in accordance with Swedish standard SIS055900, free of oil, moisture, dust, and contaminants. Contact local offices for inquiries.
Mixing and Dilution
As a single-pack product, stir the coating thoroughly to uniform consistency for no more than 2-3 minutes. Dilution is generally unnecessary or undesirable. If required for application purposes, add a small amount of thinner (5% or less) in compliance with local VOC and air quality regulations.
Application
Apply by brush, roller, or airless spraying. Nozzle size: 0.53-0.66mm; outlet pressure: 15.0MPa. Ensure spraying equipment and pipelines are clean, free of water and solvents, and apply carefully to achieve correct and uniform film thickness for optimal performance.
Ventilation
Good ventilation in enclosed areas is critical for applicator safety and proper product performance. Air must be dry, as application is prohibited at humidity >85%.

Warning: May cause eye and skin irritation. Vapors may irritate respiratory tracts of sensitive individuals and cause skin allergic reactions. Avoid inhaling vapors. Keep away from eyes and skin. Use eye, ear, and skin protection equipment, and appropriate masks to prevent potential respiratory irritation. Thoroughly wash skin with water after use. Consult a physician in case of discomfort. Wash clothing before reuse. For respiratory arrest, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek medical attention. In case of eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and immediately consult a doctor.
