Product Features & Recommended Applications

• Features: Fast-drying, suitable for low-temperature painting; excellent corrosion resistance and seawater resistance.
• Applications:
  • Can be used as an intermediate coat or topcoat for steel structures, including long-term immersion areas.
  • Ideal for surface protection of marine engineering, ship steel structures above the waterline, electrochemical and chemical plants, as well as onshore steel surfaces (for protection and decoration).

Surface Preparation

Mixing & Dilution

• Mixing: As a single-component product, stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to achieve uniform consistency.
• Dilution: Dilution is generally unnecessary. If required (e.g., for application purposes), add a small amount of thinner (≤5%) in compliance with local VOC and air quality regulations.

Application

• Methods: Brush, roller, or airless spraying.
• Spraying Parameters: Nozzle size 0.33-0.48 mm; outlet pressure 18.6-24.1 MPa.
• Equipment Requirement: Ensure spraying equipment and fluid lines are clean, free of water and solvents, and operate carefully to achieve uniform film thickness.
• Ventilation: Good ventilation in enclosed areas is critical for worker safety and product performance. Avoid painting at humidity >85%.

Safety Precautions

• Hazards: May cause eye and skin irritation; vapor may irritate the respiratory tract of sensitive individuals; potential skin allergy risk.
• Protective Measures: Avoid inhaling vapor; keep away from eyes and skin. Use eye, ear, and skin protection; wear a suitable respirator to prevent respiratory irritation. Wash skin thoroughly after use.
• First Aid:
  • If inhaled and breathing stops: Provide artificial respiration (preferably mouth-to-mouth) and seek medical help immediately.
  • If in eyes: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor.
  • Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
