WB561 Exterior Wall Elastic Textured Paint

B561 exterior wall elastic textured paint is composed of highly elastic pure acrylic copolymer emulsion, pigments, fillers and additives, etc. It is a thick paste coating with three-dimensional structural patterns and has excellent decorative properties. By using special rollers and adjusting the construction techniques, the required pattern effect can be achieved.

General Description and Recommended Applications

WH – WB561 Exterior Wall Elastic Textured Paint is formulated with high – elasticity pure acrylic copolymer emulsion, pigments, fillers, and additives. As a thick coating with a three – dimensional structural pattern, it offers excellent decorative effects. By using a special roller and adjusting the construction techniques, the desired pattern effects can be achieved. It is suitable for the decoration and renovation of various masonry structures and gypsum board walls, as well as for exterior wall insulation supporting systems.

Construction Guidelines

Surface Treatment	The surface to be painted must be fully dry, clean, free of oil and other attachments. The pH value must be lower than 10. The structure should be flat, solid, and free of defects. For walls with old paint films, the powdery and peeling paint films should be removed, rinsed with clean water, and dried before painting.
Construction Technology	Process: Treated wall → Exterior wall primer → Rolling elastic textured paint → Applying topcoat Pattern adjustment: The size and density of the patterns can be adjusted by selecting the size of the foam roller, the amount of force applied, and the speed.

Precautions

Store the product in a cool, dry warehouse without direct sunlight, and the storage temperature should not be lower than 0°C.
Do not construct when the temperature is below 5°C or the relative humidity is above 85%.
Do not add other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
The shelf life of this product is one year (20°C/68°F).
Read the instructions for use before construction.
Thoroughly stir the paint in the can after opening.
If necessary, add an appropriate amount of water as specified, and do not over – dilute.
Avoid excessive paint on the paintbrush or roller during construction.
Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
