WB466 silicone-acrylic true stone paint is a new generation of natural stone effect texture coating made from high-grade water-based silicone-acrylic emulsion, natural colored sand and other materials through modern processing techniques.

WH-WB466 Silicone Acrylic Stone-like Paint is a new-generation texture coating that emulates natural stone effects. It is crafted from high-grade water-based silicone acrylic emulsion, natural colored sands, and other materials through modern processing techniques. This product boasts excellent alkali resistance, superior weatherability, and color retention. It is also mold and algae resistant, with slight extensibility to effectively cover fine cracks and prevent splitting. Additionally, it features good anti-fouling properties, with hardness comparable to granite.

Recommended Applications

Suitable for application on surfaces such as cement mortar, plaster, cement asbestos board, concrete, or putty. Ideal for interior and exterior wall decoration of residential buildings, villas, hotels, office buildings, and other structures.

Physicochemical Properties

Main Components: Natural colored sands, silicone acrylic, water, and emulsion additives
Weight Solid Content: Approximately 75% (subject to variations in color and texture)
Drying Time: For a single coating of standard thickness (at 25°C and 50% relative humidity), surface dry in 4 hours

Theoretical Spraying Yield

3.5–5 kg/m² (for a 2mm dry film thickness) (Actual coverage may vary depending on application methods, surface roughness, and porosity.)

Application Methods: Spraying, troweling
Application Tools: Specialized stone-like paint spray gun, trowel
Spraying Pressure: 6–8 kg/cm²
Diluent: Water (generally no dilution required)
Tool Cleaning: Clean water
Recoating Interval: Minimum 24 hours (at 25°C and 50% R.H.); Maximum: unlimited

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be clean, free of oil and other contaminants, and should be smooth, solid, and free of defects. The moisture content of the wall should be <10%, and the pH value should be <10.

Application Conditions

Perform application under normal and favorable conditions.

Precautions

Store the product in a cool, dry warehouse protected from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
Avoid application when the temperature is below 5°C or the relative humidity exceeds 85%.
Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
The shelf life of this product is one year (at 20°C/68°F).
Read the instructions carefully before application.
Thoroughly stir the paint in the can after opening.
If necessary, add an appropriate amount of water as specified; do not over-dilute.
Use the opened product as soon as possible.
