Recommended Applications

Physicochemical Properties

• Surface Finish & Color: Matte finish with granite-like color dot effects.
• Theoretical Coverage: 1-2.5 kg/m² (specifically adjusted according to stone appearance requirements).
• Film-Forming Environment: 5-40°C, humidity ≤85%.
• Drying Time: Touch-dry in 2 hours, hard-dry in 24 hours (at 20°C, R.H.65%). Note: Drying time varies with temperature and humidity.

Application Guidelines

• Application Method: Spray application. Before use, slowly invert the paint into a clean empty bucket to achieve uniform mixing. Do not stir or dilute with water.
• Tools: Internal-pressure spray gun (kit), air compressor.
• Thinner: Not required.
• Recoating Interval: Minimum 6 hours (at 20°C/68°F, R.H.65%); maximum interval unlimited.
• Surface Preparation: The substrate must be fully dry, clean, free of oil and other contaminants, and require a smooth, solid, and defect-free surface. Wall moisture content <8%, pH<10.
• Construction Conditions: Apply under normal and proper conditions.

Precautions

1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Storage temperature shall not be lower than 0°C.
2. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 85%.
3. Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
4. Shelf life: 6 months (at 20°C/68°F).
5. Read the usage instructions carefully before construction.
