This product uses nano – modified inorganic low – odor materials, environmentally friendly additives, and advanced production technology, resulting in no VOC emissions, making it truly environmentally friendly and non – toxic. It also has unique fire – retardant effects, ultra – high water and weather resistance, and super alkali – resistant sealing effects, making it an ideal choice for exterior wall coatings. It is suitable for the decoration and renovation of various masonry structures and gypsum board walls, as well as exterior wall insulation systems.

Surface Preparation

The surface to be painted must be smooth, solid, clean, and dry. For newly plastered walls with mortar, they must be air – dried for about 7 days before painting. If the old paint on the surface to be painted is loose, powdery, or peeling, it must be completely removed. For walls with mold growth, they must be repeatedly scrubbed with a bleaching powder solution to completely remove the mold, rinsed with clean water, and then painted after the surface is fully dry.

Construction Conditions

Construction should be carried out under normal good conditions.

Precautions

This product should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse without direct sunlight, and the storage temperature should not be lower than 0°C.
Construction is not suitable when the temperature is below 5°C or the relative humidity is above 85%.
Do not add other paints, organic solvents, or powders, etc.
The shelf life of this product is one year (20°C/68°F).
Read the instructions for use before construction.
Stir the paint in the can thoroughly after opening.
Add an appropriate amount of water as instructed if necessary, and do not over – dilute.
Avoid letting the paintbrush or roller soak up excessive paint during construction.
Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
