Application Guidelines

• Application Methods: Brush, roll, or spray application.
• Diluent (Max. Volume): Up to 30% clear water.
• Tool Cleaning: Clean with clear water.
• Film Thickness:
  • Dry film: 45 microns
  • Wet film: 90 microns
• Recoating Interval:
  • Minimum: 4 hours (20°C/68°F, R.H.65%)
  • Maximum: No limit

Surface Preparation

• The substrate must be fully dry, clean, free of oil, and other contaminants. The pH value must be below 10.
• The substrate should be smooth, solid, and free of defects. When used as a topcoat over Unico Sealing Primer, relief primer, or putty, apply only after the primer or putty is fully cured.
• For walls with old paint films, remove chalking and peeling paint, rinse thoroughly with water, and allow to dry before application.

Application Conditions

• Apply under normal and favorable conditions.

Precautions

1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not below 0°C.
2. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 85%.
3. Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
4. Shelf life: 1 year (20°C/68°F).
5. Read the instructions carefully before application.
6. Stir the paint thoroughly after opening the can.
7. Dilute with water as specified; do not over-dilute.
8. Avoid overloading the brush or roller with paint during application.
9. Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
