WB161 Exterior Wall Latex Paint

WB161 exterior latex paint is composed of acrylic copolymer emulsion, pigments, fillers and additives. The paint film of this product is tough, durable and has strong adhesion. It also has excellent water resistance, stain resistance, alkali resistance and outstanding anti-mold effect.

General Description and Recommended Applications

WH-WB161 Exterior Wall Latex Paint is formulated with acrylic copolymer emulsion, pigments, fillers, and additives. This product features a tough and durable film with strong adhesion, excellent water resistance, stain resistance, alkali resistance, and superior mildew resistance. When used in conjunction with Unico primer, it demonstrates excellent interlayer adhesion and protective properties. It is suitable for the decoration and renovation of various masonry structures and gypsum board walls, as well as exterior wall insulation systems. Additionally, it can be used as a colored grid primer for true stone paint and texture coatings.

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be fully dry, clean, free of oil, and other contaminants.
The pH value must be below 10.
The substrate should be smooth, solid, and free of defects.
When used as a topcoat over sealer primer, relief primer, or putty, apply only after the primer or putty is completely dry.
For walls with old paint films, remove chalking and peeling paint, rinse thoroughly with water, and allow to dry before application.

Application Conditions

Apply under normal and favorable conditions.

Precautions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 85%.
Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
Shelf life: 1 year (20°C/68°F).
Read the instruction manual before application.
Stir the paint thoroughly after opening the can.
Add water as specified if needed; do not over-dilute.
Avoid excessive paint absorption on brushes or rollers during application.
Use opened product as soon as possible.
