Construction Guidelines

• Construction Methods: Brush painting, roller painting, spray painting
• Diluent (Maximum Volume): Clear water, 30%
• Tool Cleaning: Clear water
• Paint Film Thickness: Dry film: 45 microns; Wet film: 100 microns
• Repainting Interval: Minimum: 4 hours (20°C/68°F, R.H.65%); Maximum: Unlimited
• Surface Preparation: The surface to be painted must be fully dry, clean, free of oil and other attachments. The pH value must be lower than 10. The structure should be smooth, solid, and free of defects. When used as the topcoat over Unico sealer primer, relief primer, or putty, it should be applied after the primer or putty is hard – dried. For walls with old paint films, the chalking and peeling paint films should be removed, washed thoroughly with clean water, and dried before application.
• Construction Conditions: Construct under normal and good conditions.

Precautions

1. Store this product in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
2. Do not construct when the temperature is below 5°C or the relative humidity is above 85%.
3. Do not add other paints, organic solvents, or powders, etc.
4. The shelf life of this product is one year (20°C/68°F).
5. Read the instructions for use before construction.
6. Stir the paint in the can thoroughly after opening.
7. Add an appropriate amount of water as instructed if necessary, and do not over – dilute.
8. Avoid allowing the paintbrush or roller to absorb excessive paint during construction.
9. Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
