Overview and Recommended Applications

Performance Characteristics

1. It is a water – based emulsion, free of any organic solvents, non – toxic and harmless, and belongs to a green environmental protection product.
2. It has high bonding strength and can be firmly combined with tiles and mortar layers.
3. It can be constructed at room temperature, and the construction is simple and convenient.
4. It has a large brushing area.

Construction Steps

1. Remove impurities such as floating dust, oil stains and release agents on the back of the tiles.
2. Dilute the back adhesive with water at a ratio of 1:1 and stir it evenly.
3. Use a long – haired roller or brush to evenly brush the back adhesive on the back of the tiles (about 2mm can be left on the edges of the tiles to prevent the back adhesive from flowing to the front).
4. After the back adhesive dries to transparent, use ordinary cement mixed with about one – third of fine sand to make mortar for pasting.

Theoretical Coating Rate

Precautions

1. The construction temperature of this product should be higher than 5℃, and it should be stored in an environment above 5℃ to prevent freezing.
2. This product is not for drinking.
3. The tile pasting construction should be carried out after the coating is completely dry.
