Surface Preparation

• The substrate must be smooth, solid, clean, and dry.
• New walls plastered with mortar should be air-dried for approximately 7 days before painting.
• For old walls with loose, powdery, or peeling paint, the defective coating must be completely removed.
• For mold-infested walls, scrub repeatedly with bleaching powder solution to eliminate mold thoroughly, rinse with clean water, and allow the surface to dry completely before painting.

Application Conditions

Precautions

1. Store in a cool, dry warehouse protected from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
2. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 85%.
3. Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
4. Shelf life: 1 year (at 20°C/68°F).
5. Read the instruction manual before construction.
6. Stir the paint thoroughly after opening the can.
7. Add appropriate amount of water as specified; do not over-dilute.
8. Avoid excessive paint absorption on brushes or rollers during application.
9. Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
