WH-WN162 Interior Wall Mold-Proof Latex Paint is a premium mold-resistant interior wall paint developed by our company based on years of professional engineering coating experience. This product features excellent mold-proof performance, effectively preventing and inhibiting the growth of mold in humid environments to ensure the aesthetic and protective properties of the paint film remain unaffected by mildew. Additionally, it offers superior hiding power, good scrub resistance, and excellent application performance, making it suitable for interior wall decoration and protection in humid environments such as underground parking garages, food and beverage processing plants, and areas with humid seasons (e.g., southern regions). It is ideal for decorating and protecting ordinary interior base walls, such as plastered surfaces and gypsum board surfaces, as well as general non-normal use environments inside various industrial and civil buildings.

Surface PreparationThe substrate must be smooth, firm, clean, and dry. New walls with mortar plaster should be air-cured for approximately 7 days before painting. For old walls with loose, powdery, or peeling paint, the defective coating must be completely removed. For mold-infested walls, scrub repeatedly with bleaching powder solution to thoroughly eliminate mold, rinse with clean water, and allow the surface to dry completely before painting.

Precautions

  1. Store in a cool, dry warehouse protected from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
  2. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 85%.
  3. Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
  4. Shelf life: 1 year (at 20°C/68°F).
  5. Read the instructions carefully before application.
  6. Thoroughly stir the paint in the can after opening.
  7. Add water as specified if needed; do not over-dilute.
  8. Avoid excessive paint absorption on brushes or rollers during application.
  9. Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
