• Recommended Use:
  Suitable for interior and exterior wall decoration of residential buildings, villas, hotels, office buildings, etc. Can be applied to surfaces such as cement mortar, plaster, cement asbestos board, concrete, or putty.

Physicochemical Properties

• Main Components: Lead-free pigments, acrylic copolymer, water, additives
• Packaging Specifications: 25kg/barrel, 75kg/barrel, 50kg/barrel, or customized packaging according to customer requirements

Application Guidelines

• Theoretical Coverage:
  The product’s unit area consumption depends on the specific texture design, required thickness, and construction control. Generally, the average theoretical coverage is 1.5-3.5kg/m². The actual coverage rate depends on the desired construction effect.
• Construction Methods & Consumption:
  • Embossed Effect: Applied with a spray gun or roller, approximately 2-3kg/m²
  • Troweled Effect: Applied with a trowel, approximately 2-3kg/m²
  • Sand-Swept Effect: Applied with a trowel or scraper, approximately 1.5-3.5kg/m²
• Tools: Trowels, rollers, spray guns, etc.
• Dilution: No dilution required.
• Tool Cleaning: Clean immediately with water after use. Do not reuse utensils that have contacted different types or properties of paint. If necessary, remove residues thoroughly and wash completely before reuse.
• Surface Preparation:
  The substrate must be clean, free of oil and other contaminants, and require a smooth, solid, and defect-free surface. Wall moisture content <10% and pH<10.
• Application Conditions: Construct under normal good conditions.

Precautions

1. Store in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
2. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 85%.
3. Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
4. Shelf life: 1 year (20°C/68°F).
5. Read the instructions carefully before construction.
6. Stir the paint thoroughly after opening the can.
7. If necessary, add an appropriate amount of water as instructed; do not over-dilute.
8. Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
