Product Introduction
Wanhua LW water-soluble polyurethane chemical grouting material is a Japanese Sols-type polyurethane material. It is synthesized by the reaction of composite polyether polyols and polyisocyanates, and is a hydrophilic chemical grouting material with isocyanate-terminated groups. It is a fast and efficient anti-seepage and leakage-stopping material. Compared with Sols, it has been improved in terms of environmental friendliness and is more friendly to the environment. When the product comes into contact with water, it can be quickly emulsified to form a gel. It is widely used in the anti-seepage treatment of large-flow water gushing, water leakage and movement joints that occur in various types of projects.

Precautions for Use
- Joint Surface Treatment: Remove surface dirt to ensure the joint surface is clean, and check the direction and depth of the cracks.
- Setting of Grouting Holes: Drill inclined holes (45°) along both sides of the joint. The hole spacing is generally 20 - 30 cm to ensure that the slurry can effectively penetrate into the cracks or voids. Use compressed air to blow away the debris in the holes.
- Embedding Pipes and Sealing Joints: Use leak-stopping king or epoxy putty to embed grouting pipes (boxes) and seal the joint surface at the same time.
- Flushing Joints: Flush the joint surface with water pressure to understand the connection situation between each hole and check the sealing effect at the same time.
- Pressure Grouting: Conduct grouting under pressure. The grouting pressure is determined according to the design requirements, generally 0.2 - 0.4 MPa. The maximum pressure should not exceed the allowable value of the structure. For vertical joints, start grouting from the lowest point and proceed from bottom to top; for horizontal joints, proceed from one end to the other. When pure slurry appears in the adjacent hole, suspend grouting and tie off the pipeline; move the grouting pipe to the adjacent hole and continue grouting. Screen the slurry at the specified pressure until the grouting end standard is reached.
- Curing After Grouting: After the slurry is solidified, remove the grouting pipe and seal it with leak-stopping king or epoxy putty.
- The buyer must conduct tests in an environment consistent with the construction conditions before the formal project construction to ensure the reliability of the use of the compound material system in this specific project. During formal construction, it is regarded that the buyer has recognized the qualified performance inspection of the product. If the above operations are not followed, all responsibilities shall be borne by the buyer.

Shelf Life
Stored in a dry and cool indoor environment, the product is of fireproof and high-temperature-proof type. The storage period under sealed conditions is not less than 12 months.
