Packaging, Storage, and Shelf Life

• Two-component packaging: 40 kg combined package.
• Store in a cool, well-ventilated place, avoiding excessive temperatures.
• Tightly seal containers and comply with local regulations.
• Shelf life: 1 year.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

• Remove oil and grease with appropriate cleaning agents.
• At least sandblast to Sa 2.5 standard, with surface roughness equivalent to Rugotest No.3, minimum N9a or Keane-Tator comparator panel 50μm area, or medium roughness (G,S) in ISO comparator panels. Coarse-grain sandblasting may be used if necessary.

Mixing and Dilution

1. Stir the base material until uniform before slowly adding the curing agent and mixing thoroughly.
2. Filter the mixed paint through a 60-80 mesh sieve.
3. Dilution is generally not required or recommended, as excessive water absorption may harm application and film performance.
4. Use an electric stirrer; during spraying, continuously stir the mixture at low speed to prevent anti-rust pigment sedimentation due to high specific gravity.

Application Conditions

• Substrate temperature must be above 4°C and at least 3°C higher than the dew point during application and curing.
• Maximum relative humidity: 85%. Avoid temperatures below 5°C.

Safety Measures

• Observe the warning labels on packaging containers.
• Use in well-ventilated areas.
• Avoid swallowing or inhaling paint mist.
• Prevent skin contact; if paint comes into contact with skin, immediately clean with appropriate cleaning agents and soapy water.
• In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
