Storage and Shelf Life

• Packaged in 20kg containers, stored in accordance with national regulations.
• Keep in a cool, well-ventilated place, away from excessive heat.
• Tightly seal containers to prevent contamination.
• Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage conditions.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

• Ensure the substrate is free of grease and other contaminants before application.
• It is recommended to grind off loose oxide scales.

Dilution

• Adjust viscosity with appropriate amounts of deionized water based on application tools, pressure, and ambient temperature/humidity.
• Over-dilution is not recommended to avoid performance degradation.

Application

• Applicable methods: air spraying, brush painting.
• Ventilation: Maintain good air circulation in enclosed spaces.

Safety Precautions

• May cause eye and skin irritation. Vapors may trigger respiratory allergies in sensitive individuals and potential skin allergic reactions.
• Avoid inhaling vapors. Prevent contact with eyes and skin.
• Wear protective gear for eyes, ears, and skin. Use a suitable respirator to avoid potential respiratory irritation.
• Thoroughly wash skin after use. Clean contaminated clothing before reuse.
• In case of respiratory arrest, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek immediate medical attention.

• If contact with eyes occurs, immediately flush with clean water for at least 15 minutes.
• Remove contaminated clothing and shoes; wash affected skin with soap.
