Application Guidelines

1. Surface Preparation
   WE110 is designed for direct application on steel surfaces pre-treated by sandblasting to Swedish standard SIS055900 Sa2.5 grade. All surfaces must be free of grease, moisture, or other contaminants before sandblasting. Contact our company for any questions.
2. Mixing & Dilution
   • WE110 is a two-component product requiring precise mixing ratio. Stir both components together before use.
   • First, stir the base material for no more than 2 minutes until smooth and uniform.
   • Slowly and continuously add the curing agent after the base material is uniform, then stir for 3 minutes. Allow 1-2 minutes of maturation time before application.
   • Dilution is generally not required or recommended, as excessive dilution may impair application and film performance. Use a variable-speed electric mixer. Avoid over-stirring, as it may accelerate curing and reduce pot life. Higher temperatures shorten pot life, while lower temperatures extend it.
3. Application
   • WE110 can be applied by traditional spraying or airless spraying. For airless equipment, a Graco 30:1 pump with a nozzle size of 0.43-0.58mm is recommended to ensure smooth material flow.
   • To achieve optimal coating results, ensure equipment and fluid lines are clean and free of water and solvents. Maintain proper and uniform film thickness, with a recommended spray angle of 40°-70°.
   • For roller application, use new short-fine nap rollers.

Safety Measures

• Warning: May cause eye and skin irritation. Vapors may irritate the respiratory tract of sensitive individuals. May cause skin allergic reactions. Avoid inhaling vapors. Do not contact eyes or skin.
• Protective Equipment: Use eye, ear, and skin protection gear. Wear a suitable respirator to prevent potential respiratory irritation. Wash skin thoroughly with water after use.
• First Aid: If discomfort occurs, consult a doctor immediately. For respiratory arrest, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek medical help. In case of eye contact, flush with 清水 (clear water) for at least 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
