Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

• Sandblast steel surfaces to Sa2.5 standard with a surface roughness of 30-75μm.
• Power tool cleaning should achieve St3 grade.

Coating Compatibility

• Direct application on steel surfaces treated to Sa2.5 grade.
• Subsequent coats: Water-based steel structure topcoats, water-based alkyd topcoats, water-based acrylic topcoats, water-based polyurethane topcoats, water-based epoxy topcoats.

Mixing Ratio (by weight)

• Main paint : Curing agent = 7:1
• Strictly avoid contact with oily substances. Stir thoroughly before use and dilute with water as needed (typically add 1-20% water). Adjust to suitable spraying viscosity based on nozzle size and spraying pressure.

Storage & Transportation

• Store at ≥0°C in a cool, dry place, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months.
• During transportation, prevent rain, sunlight, and collision, complying with transportation regulations.

Technical Parameters

Notes

• When substrate temperature is below 5°C, film curing time is significantly prolonged; avoid construction under such conditions.
• In high-temperature seasons, dry spray may occur. Adjust with diluent to prevent dry spray.

Safety & Protection

• Warning: May irritate eyes and skin; vapors may cause respiratory allergies in sensitive individuals. Avoid inhalation of vapors and contact with eyes/skin. Use protective gear (glasses, gloves, mask, etc.). For potential respiratory irritation, use a suitable respirator. Wash skin thoroughly after use; launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
• First Aid: In case of eye contact, flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with soap. If breathing stops, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek medical help immediately.
