Construction Guidelines

• Pre-coating Matching: Directly coated on the electrophoretic primer surface or on the pickled and phosphated steel surface.
• Construction Notes: Strictly prohibit contact with oily substances. Stir well before use. 适当加水稀释 (适当加水稀释), it is recommended to add 5-30% of water. 建议喷涂粘度稀释至 40-50 秒 (涂 – 4 杯粘度) (It is recommended to dilute the spraying viscosity to 40-50 seconds (coating-4 cup viscosity)), and adjust appropriately according to the gun diameter and pressure under different construction conditions.
• Storage: Store at ≥0℃ in a cool and dry place, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months.

Transportation and Storage

• Store in a cool and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight, with the storage temperature maintained between 0-40℃.
• During transportation, prevent rain, direct sunlight, collision, and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.

Safety Measures

• Warning: Irritating to eyes and skin. Vapors may cause respiratory tract allergies in sensitive individuals. May cause skin allergic reactions. Avoid inhaling vapors. Do not contact eyes or skin. Protective equipment for ears, eyes, and skin is required. To avoid potential respiratory irritation, it is recommended to use a suitable respirator. Wash skin thoroughly after use. Clothes should be washed before wearing. If breathing stops, give mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration and seek medical attention immediately.
• First Aid: If accidentally contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, and remove contaminated clothes and shoes. Wash the contacted skin with soap.
