Product Features
WD161 is an environmentally friendly baking paint using water as the dispersion medium, offering advantages such as low production cost, non-flammability, non-toxicity, environmental friendliness, and organic solvent savings. It is non-flammable and non-explosive, facilitating safe transportation. Diluted with deionized water and cleaned with deionized water for tools, equipment, and containers, it significantly reduces coating costs. It also features excellent light and color retention, durability, high hardness, strong adhesion, and superior chemical resistance.

Recommended Applications
Suitable for baking line coating of automotive hubs, rims, brake discs, packaging steel drums, chemical iron drums, and other metal components.

Construction Guidelines

  • Pre-coating Compatibility: Directly apply over electrophoretic primer surfaces or acid-pickled and phosphated steel surfaces.
  • Application Instructions: Strictly avoid contact with oily substances. Stir thoroughly before use. 适当加水稀释 (appropriately dilute with water), with a recommended water addition of 5-30%.

Storage and Transportation

  • Store at ≥0℃ in a cool, dry place, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
  • During transportation, protect from rain and sunlight. Store in a cool, ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Safety Measures

  • Warning: May cause eye and skin irritation. Vapors may trigger respiratory allergies in sensitive individuals and potential skin allergic reactions. Avoid inhaling vapors. Prevent contact with eyes and skin. Use protective gear for eyes, ears, and skin. Use a suitable respirator to avoid potential respiratory irritation. Thoroughly wash skin after use. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. In case of respiratory arrest, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek immediate medical attention.
  • First Aid: In case of eye contact, flush with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes, and wash affected skin with soap.
