Substrate Treatment

The substrate shall be treated by grinding, sandblasting, shot blasting, etc.
For concrete, the loose part of the surface shall be removed to expose the solid substrate, which shall be free of moisture and standing water. Special repair putty shall be used to plug holes, and the corresponding primer shall be brushed.
For steel substrates, sandblasting or shot blasting shall be carried out to Sa2.5 grade. After dedusting, the corresponding primer shall be brushed.

Construction Conditions

Ambient temperature range: 5-35°C, and the substrate temperature shall be 3°C higher than the air dew point temperature;
Ambient humidity range: ≤80% RH, and the moisture content of the concrete base surface shall be less than 6%;
Ventilation conditions: The construction site shall be ensured to have no strong wind to avoid dust affecting the compactness of the coating.

Storage and Use Precautions

This product shall be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, strictly protected from rain and sunlight, isolated from fire sources and away from heat sources. The storage temperature shall be 5-35°C.
Under the condition of not opening the original packaging, the storage period is 12 months from the production date. If the storage period is exceeded, the product can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non-dangerous goods. During transportation, it shall be strictly protected from rain and sunlight and shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the storage, transportation and construction sites.

Shelf Life

Under the specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the two-component hand-applied polyurea is 12 months from the production date.
