Product Introduction

Performance Characteristics

It has a fast gelation and curing speed, enabling spraying and forming on any curved surface, inclined surface, or vertical surface.
With a high solid content and zero VOC emissions, it is friendly to the environment.
It can achieve the designed thickness in a single construction, overcoming the drawbacks of multiple constructions.
It has excellent physical properties and chemical resistance.
The coating is dense and seamless, providing a skin – like protection.

Product Applications

It is mainly used in occasions such as rail transit, municipal engineering, water conservancy projects, chemical storage tanks, wear protection, structural anti – corrosion, and civil construction waterproofing.

Substrate Treatment

The substrate should be treated by means of grinding, sandblasting, shot blasting, etc.
For concrete, the loose part of the surface should be removed to expose the solid substrate, which should be free of moisture and standing water. Special repair putty should be used to plug the holes, and the corresponding primer should be applied.
For steel substrates, they should be sandblasted or shot blasted to Sa2.5 grade. After dedusting, the corresponding primer should be applied.

Construction Conditions

Environmental Temperature Range: 5 – 35℃, and the substrate temperature should be 3℃ higher than the air dew point temperature.
Environmental Humidity Range: ≤80% RH, and the moisture content of the concrete base surface should be less than 6%.
Ventilation Conditions: The construction site should be ensured to have no strong wind to avoid dust affecting the compactness of the coating.

Construction Method

It is applied by special high – pressure airless spraying equipment.

Packaging Specifications

A component: Net weight 220Kg per barrel.
B component: Net weight 200Kg per barrel.
Mixing ratio: A: B = 1: 1 (volume ratio).

Storage and Use Precautions

The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, strictly protected from rain and sunlight, isolated from fire sources, and kept away from heat sources. The storage temperature should be 5 – 35℃.
Under the condition of not opening the original packaging, the storage period is 12 months from the production date. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
The product does not contain organic solvents, so it can be transported as a non – dangerous good. During transportation, it should be strictly protected from rain and sunlight and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
Smoking and open flames are prohibited in the storage, transportation, and construction sites.

Shelf Life

Under the specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the two – component sprayed polyurea is 12 months from the production date.
