Description
Product Introduction
Wanhua Impact and Abrasion-Resistant Epoxy Mortar is a new type of polymer alloy material composed of sea-island modified epoxy resin, environmentally friendly reactive diluent, hydrophilic aliphatic amine composite curing agent, coarse-grained wear-resistant inorganic fillers (such as quartz sand, emery, cast stone powder, etc.), and anti-ultraviolet filler additives. It has the advantages of good mechanical properties, excellent impact and abrasion resistance, good weather resistance, low sensitivity to moisture, and good frost resistance. It is recommended for the impact and abrasion protection treatment of concrete surfaces, the treatment of defects such as honeycombs and pitted surfaces, and also for the reinforcement treatment of concrete structures.
Product Features
- Good mechanical properties and strong adhesion.
- Excellent impact and abrasion resistance and good adaptability.
- Excellent anti-aging properties and good durability.
- High solid content, low odor, and environmentally friendly.
- Proportionally packaged, with simple construction and mixing processes.
Product Uses
- Impact and abrasion protection treatment for flood discharge structures of hydraulic concrete structures.
- Rapid reinforcement treatment for defects in concrete buildings such as tunnels and bridges.

Precautions for Use
- Base Surface Treatment: Remove dust, debris, loose particles, etc. from the concrete surface. The surface should expose the fresh concrete layer (it is advisable that the strength of the base concrete is ≥25 MPa). Wash it thoroughly with pressurized water and let it dry naturally.
- Productive Trial Mixing: For large-area construction, productive trial mixing should be carried out according to the on-site temperature and the size of the single repair area to determine the reasonable single mixing amount.
- Preparation of Base Liquid and Epoxy Mortar:
- Base Liquid Preparation: The base liquid is composed of components A and B, with a weight ratio of A:B=4:1. Mix them evenly according to the ratio, and the single batch quantity is preferably no more than 500g.
- Epoxy Mortar Preparation: The epoxy mortar is proportionally packaged, with a weight ratio of A:B:C=3.75:0.75:25.5. First, pour component B into component A and stir thoroughly until uniform, then pour the mixed slurry into component C and mix quickly until uniform for use.
- Epoxy Mortar Construction: Before backfilling the epoxy mortar, evenly brush the prepared base liquid on the construction base surface to moisten the surface. It is advisable to start construction no less than 30 minutes after brushing. Place the mixed resin mortar quickly at the part to be treated, vibrate, compact, and smooth the surface.
- Curing: The epoxy mortar after construction should avoid disturbance and rolling before solidification, and be cured in a dry environment.
- Other Precautions:
- Keep sand and stone aggregates dry and avoid moisture.
- The optimal construction temperature is between 15−25∘C. If it exceeds this range, obtain technical support from the manufacturer before construction.
- Clean the construction tools in a timely manner.
- Construction workers should take protective measures. If allergic to this product, be cautious when in contact.
