• Features: The coating is hard and wear – resistant, offers excellent corrosion protection, and has outstanding painting performance.

Surface Preparation

Mixing and Dilution

• WH – EZ070 is a two – component product, and the two components have a specific proportional relationship. They must be mixed together before use.
• First, stir the base material until it is smooth and uniform, which should take no more than 2 minutes.
• After the base material is uniform, slowly and continuously add the curing agent and stir for 3 minutes. There should be a 1 – 2 minute induction time before coating.
• Generally, dilution is not required or desired, as excessive dilution will have a bad impact on the coating and appearance performance.
• A speed – adjustable electric stirrer is recommended. Do not over – stir, as this will accelerate curing and reduce the product’s pot life.
• Higher temperatures will reduce the pot life of the mixture, while lower temperatures will extend it.

Application

• WH – EZ070 can be applied by traditional spraying or airless spraying. When using airless equipment, a Graco 30:1 pump with a nozzle size of 0.43 – 0.58 mm is recommended, which will make the spray stream in good shape.
• To achieve good coating effects, ensure that the equipment and liquid pipelines are clean, free of water and solvents, and obtain the correct and uniform film thickness. The recommended spray angle is 40°/70°.
• For roller coating, use new rollers with short and fine hairs.

Safety Measures

• Warning: It may cause irritation to the eyes and skin, and the vapor may cause respiratory irritation in allergic people. It may also cause skin allergic reactions. Avoid inhaling the vapor. Do not touch the eyes and skin.
• Use protective equipment for the eyes, ears, and skin, and wear a suitable mask to avoid potential respiratory irritation.
• Thoroughly wash the skin with water after use. If you feel unwell, consult a doctor. Wash clothes before reusing them.
• If breathing stops, perform artificial respiration, preferably mouth – to – mouth, and seek medical attention. If the eyes are accidentally exposed, immediately rinse with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately.
