Application Guidelines

1. Surface Preparation
   Clean the substrate with high-pressure water or mechanical methods to remove rust, oil, and contaminants.
2. Mixing & Dilution
   • WH-EP154 is a two-component system. First, stir the base material uniformly for no more than 2 minutes.
   • Gradually add the curing agent and stir for 3 minutes. Use a variable-speed power mixer. Avoid over-stirring to prevent accelerated curing and shortened pot life.
   • High temperatures reduce pot life, while low temperatures extend it. Dilution is generally unnecessary; if required, add a small amount of thinner (≤5%) in compliance with local VOC and air quality regulations.
3. Application
   • Ensure good ventilation in confined spaces.
   • Avoid application in the presence of standing water or rain.

Safety Measures

• Observe warning labels on packaging containers.
• Use in well-ventilated areas.
• Avoid ingestion or inhalation of paint mist.
• Prevent skin contact. If paint contacts skin, immediately clean with appropriate cleanser and soapy water. If splashed into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
