Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation
HT200 is suitable for steel surfaces pretreated by sandblasting to Swedish Standard SIS 055900 Sa2.5 or power tool cleaning. Ensure all surfaces are free of grease, moisture, and contaminants before sandblasting. For inorganic zinc primer surfaces, ensure dryness and absence of zinc salts; for sprayed aluminum/zinc steel surfaces, ensure dryness and cleanliness.
Mixing & Dilution
HT200 can be diluted with up to 20% thinner (TH007), subject to local VOC regulations and air quality standards.
Application
Ensure excellent ventilation in enclosed areas for applicator safety and optimal product performance. The product must not be applied at humidity >85%; use dry air during spraying.

Safety Precautions

  • Follow warning labels on packaging.
  • Use in well-ventilated environments.
  • Avoid ingestion, inhalation of paint mist, and skin contact.
  • If skin contact occurs, immediately clean with appropriate cleanser and soapy water.
  • In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
