Application Guidelines

1. Application Methods
   • Suitable for brush coating, roller coating, conventional spraying, and airless spraying.
   • Airless spraying parameters: Nozzle diameter 0.33-0.48mm, outlet pressure 12-18MPa.
   • Thinner/Cleaner: TH007.
2. Drying Time
   • Touch dry: Approx. 1 hour (23℃).
   • Recoating interval: Minimum 20 hours (23℃).
3. Surface Preparation
   • Designed for steel surfaces blasted to Swedish standard SIS055900 Sa2.5, requiring dryness and free of zinc salts.
   • Aluminum/zinc-sprayed steel must be dry and free of contaminants.
4. Environmental Requirements
   • Application temperature ≤40℃, relative humidity <85%.
   • Good ventilation is required in enclosed areas, and air must be dry.

Coating System

Storage and Shelf Life

• Storage: Store in accordance with national regulations, in a cool, ventilated place away from high temperatures, with tightly sealed containers.
• Shelf life: 1 year.

Safety Warnings

• Follow the warning labels on packaging containers and use in well-ventilated areas.
• Avoid swallowing or inhaling paint mist; prevent skin contact.
• In case of skin contact, immediately clean with appropriate cleaners and soapy water; if splashed into eyes, flush thoroughly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
