Application Methods and Thinners/Cleaners

Application Techniques: Brush painting, roller painting, conventional spraying, airless spraying.
Spraying Parameters: Nozzle size: 0.33 – 0.48 mm; Outlet pressure: 12 – 18 MPa.
Thinner/Cleaner: TH007.

Drying and Recoating Times

Touch – Dry Time: Approximately 1 hour at 23°C.
Minimum Recoating Interval: 20 hours at 23°C.

Recommended Primers and Environmental Conditions

Recommended Primers: Inorganic zinc primers or self – priming systems.
Environmental Limits: Maximum ambient temperature of 40°C. Do not apply when the relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Storage and Shelf Life

Storage Requirements: Store in compliance with national regulations, in a cool, well – ventilated place, away from excessive heat. Ensure containers are tightly sealed.
Shelf Life: 1 year.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

HT600 is designed for application to steel surfaces that have undergone sandblasting pretreatment to meet the Swedish standard SIS 055900 Sa2.5. For sprayed aluminum or zinc – coated steel, the surface must be dry and free of any zinc salts or contaminants.

Construction Notes

Good ventilation in enclosed areas is crucial for the safety of construction personnel and the proper performance of the product. The air must be dry, as the paint must not be applied under conditions where the humidity exceeds 85%.

Safety Measures

Pay attention to the warning labels on the packaging containers.
Use in well – ventilated areas.
Avoid swallowing or inhaling paint mist.
Prevent skin contact. If the paint accidentally gets on the skin, immediately clean it with a suitable cleanser and soapy water. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
