Product Introduction

Two-component sprayed polyurea waterproof coating is widely used in water conservancy, transportation, construction, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, ocean and other fields. It can effectively solve the waterproof, anti-seepage and anti-corrosion problems of substrates such as concrete and steel structures, and extend their service life.

Substrate Treatment

  1. The substrate needs to be treated by grinding, sandblasting, shot blasting and other methods.
  2. For concrete, the loose part on the surface should be removed to expose the solid substrate. There should be no moisture or standing water. Special repair putty should be used to fill the holes, and the corresponding primer should be painted.
  3. For steel substrates, sandblasting or shot blasting to Sa2.5 level is required. After dust removal, the corresponding primer should be painted.
  4. For the construction of other substrates, please consult the Technical Department of Wanhua Energy Conservation Company.

Construction Conditions

  1. Ambient temperature range: 5 - 35°C, and the substrate temperature should be more than 3°C higher than the air dew point temperature.
  2. Ambient humidity range: ≤80% RH, and the moisture content of the concrete base surface should be less than 6%.
  3. Ventilation conditions: Ensure that there is no strong wind in the construction site to avoid dust entering and affecting the density of the coating.

Construction Method

Spray with special high-pressure airless spraying equipment.

Packaging Specifications

Component A: Net weight 220 Kg/barrel; Component B: Net weight 200 Kg/barrel.
The mixing ratio is A:B = 1:1 (by volume).

Storage (Use) Precautions

  1. This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain or sunlight. Fire sources should be cut off, and heat sources should be kept away. The storage temperature should be 5 - 35°C.
  2. Without opening the original packaging, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
  3. This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as a non-hazardous product. During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain or sunlight and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
  4. Smoking and open flames are prohibited in storage, transportation and construction sites.

Shelf Life

From the date of production, under the specified storage conditions, the shelf life of the two-component sprayed polyurea is 12 months.
