Surface Preparation

• Ensure the concrete substrate is structurally sound, free of loose particles, oil, and contaminants.
• Suitable for surfaces cleaned by high-pressure water or mechanical methods.
• Can be applied to damp surfaces, but free-standing water must be removed.

Mixing & Dilution

1. Mixing:
   • Stir the base material thoroughly for ≤2 minutes until uniform.
   • Gradually add the curing agent and mix for 3 minutes using a variable-speed power mixer.
   • Avoid overmixing to prevent accelerated curing and reduced pot life.
   • High temperatures shorten the pot life; low temperatures extend it.
2. Dilution: Use TH003 diluent if needed, with a maximum addition of 5%.

Application

• Apply via brush, roller, airless spraying (0.53mm nozzle, 17.5 MPa pressure), or air spraying.
• Recoat Interval: Minimum 16 hours, maximum 7 days after initial application.

Safety Precautions

• Hazards: May cause eye and skin irritation. Vapors may trigger respiratory allergies in sensitive individuals. Risk of skin sensitization.
• Protective Measures:
  • Wear protective gear (glasses, gloves, respiratory mask) during application.
  • Avoid inhalation of vapors and direct contact with eyes/skin.
  • After use, wash exposed skin thoroughly. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
• First Aid:
  • If inhaled and breathing stops, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek immediate medical attention.
  • In case of eye contact, flush with clean water for at least 15 minutes and consult a physician.
