Surface Preparation

1. Cleanliness
   • Maximum allowable water-soluble salt concentration (equivalent to NaCl) as tested by ISO 8502-9: 50 mg/m².
   • Surfaces must be dry and clean before application. Remove salts, detergents, and other contaminants with high-pressure fresh water. Clean oil, grease, and other pollutants with appropriate cleaning agents.
   • Before final painting, thoroughly clean all damaged shop primers and contaminants from storage/installation using mechanical or chemical methods.
2. Surface Roughness
   • Medium (G) as per ISO 8503-2.

Mixing and Dilution

• WH-EP300 is a two-component product with a defined mixing ratio. Use the entire contents of each paint bucket after thorough mixing.
• First, stir the base material until uniform (no more than 2 minutes), then slowly add the curing agent and stir for 3 minutes. A variable-speed power stirrer is recommended. Avoid over-stirring, as it may accelerate curing and shorten pot life. High temperatures shorten the pot life, while low temperatures extend it.
• WH-EP300 can be applied by airless spraying, brush coating, or roller coating. Ensure good ventilation in confined spaces. Avoid construction in the presence of standing water or rain. For airless spraying, use a 0.53mm nozzle with an output pressure of 17.5 MPa for optimal results.

Recoating Interval

• Minimum: 10 hours
• Maximum: 21 days

Safety Precautions

• Warning: Irritating to eyes and skin. Vapors may cause respiratory allergies in sensitive individuals. May cause skin allergic reactions.
• Avoid inhaling vapors. Keep away from eyes and skin. Wear protective gear for eyes, ears, and skin. Use a suitable respirator to prevent potential respiratory irritation.
• Thoroughly wash skin after use. Wash clothing before reuse. In case of respiratory arrest, perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and seek immediate medical attention. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with water for at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor promptly.
