Application Methods

• Application Techniques: Brush painting, roller coating, conventional spraying, airless spraying.
• Spray Nozzle: 0.33-0.48 mm; Outlet Pressure: 12-18 MPa.
• Thinner/Cleaner: TH007.

Drying and Recoating Time

• Touch Dry: Approximately 1 hour at 23°C.
• Minimum Recoating Interval: 20 hours at 23°C.

Recommended Primers

• Inorganic zinc primer or self-priming (when used as a standalone system).

Packaging, Storage, and Shelf Life

• Packaging: Single-component, 20 kg per container.
• Storage: Must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep in a cool, well-ventilated area away from excessive heat. Ensure containers are tightly sealed.
• Shelf Life: 1 year.

Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

• Designed for steel surfaces pre-treated by sandblasting to meet Swedish standard SIS 055900 Sa2.5, or prepared by power tools.
• Prior to sandblasting, all surfaces must be free of grease, moisture, and contaminants.
• When applied over inorganic zinc coatings, the substrate must be dry and free of zinc salts. For aluminum/zinc-sprayed steel, ensure the surface is dry and free of dirt.

Application Conditions

• Good ventilation is critical in enclosed areas for both applicator safety and proper product performance.
• The air must be dry, as coating application is prohibited when relative humidity exceeds 85%.

Safety Measures

• Observe all warning labels on packaging containers.
• Use in well-ventilated environments.
• Avoid ingestion or inhalation of paint mist.
• Prevent skin contact. If paint comes into contact with skin, immediately clean with appropriate cleanser and soapy water. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
