Packaging Specification
Packaged in 200 kg painted steel drums. If required, flexible liquid bags, IBC totes, tank containers or road tankers are acceptable for packaging and transportation.
Storage & Handling Precautions
Container Requirements
The product shall be hermetically stored in containers made of steel, PE or PP. Nitrogen blanketing of the container is recommended.
Temperature & Environment
Store WANOL® F3135 in a dry environment with storage temperature kept below 50℃. Avoid direct sunlight, water sources and heat sources. Storage temperature above 80℃ will cause product performance degradation. Short-term temperature rise or drop has little impact on product quality. However, the viscosity of the product will increase significantly at low temperature, which may bring difficulties to production and processing.
Shelf Life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL® F3135 is one year. Products exceeding the shelf life can still be used if they comply with the technical specifications after re-inspection.
