WANOL R4110B

 

WANOL® R4110B is a sucrose and glycol-based polyether polyol. It has good compatibility with pentane blowing agents and is suitable for producing rigid polyurethane foams. It is particularly applicable to building panels, insulated pipelines, wood imitation materials and other foam products.

 

WANOL® R4110B possesses higher functionality than conventional polyether polyols, granting the resulting foam superior physical properties.

 

Available packaging and transportation forms include iron drums, IBC totes, flexible liquid bags, tank containers and road tankers.

 

The product shall be hermetically stored in containers made of steel, aluminum, PE or PP. Nitrogen blanketing of the container is recommended.

 

Store WANOL® R4110B in a dry environment below 50℃. Avoid direct sunlight, water sources and heat sources. Storage temperature above 60℃ will cause product quality degradation. Short-term temperature rise or drop has little impact on product quality.It should be noted that the viscosity will increase significantly at low temperatures, which may bring difficulties to production and processing.

 

Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL® R4110B is 12 months from the production date.
