WANHUA BA161 is a high-performance road marking paint composed of acrylic resin, chlorinated rubber, pigments, and additives. Characterized by rapid drying, excellent adhesion, superior wear resistance, and convenient construction, it offers outstanding resistance to dirt adhesion. This product is suitable for line marking and signage on cement and asphalt pavements of all road classes, as well as for the decoration and protection of industrial factory floors and underground garage floors.

Storage and Shelf Life

Application Guidelines
Surface Preparation
The construction surface must be dry, clean, flat, free of loose materials, oil, dust, and adhered debris.
Mixing and Dilution
BA161 is a single-component product. Dilution is generally unnecessary or undesirable. If required, add a small amount of diluent (5% or less) in accordance with local regulations on volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and air quality standards.
Construction
Good ventilation in enclosed areas is critical for applicator safety and proper product performance.
Ensure dry air conditions, as application is prohibited at humidity >85%.
Do not apply in strong winds, rain, snow, or fog.
Safety Precautions
Observe warning labels on packaging containers.
Use in well-ventilated environments.
Avoid ingestion or inhalation of paint mist.
Prevent skin contact. If paint contacts skin, immediately clean with appropriate cleanser and soapy water.
In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
