WANNATE® THM-360B is an aliphatic‑aromatic polyisocyanate solution, consisting of 60% HDI‑TDI trimer and 40% n‑butyl acetate solvent. It is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with a fruity odor at room temperature.

1. Product Application
WANNATE® THM-360B is an aliphatic‑aromatic polyisocyanate solution, consisting of 60% HDI‑TDI trimer and 40% n‑butyl acetate solvent. It is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with a fruity odor at room temperature.
As a raw material for polyurethane production, WANNATE® THM-360B is mainly used as a curing agent component in two‑component polyurethane wood coatings. The coatings feature fast drying, excellent chemical resistance, mechanical properties, good weatherability, and gloss retention. Ideal co‑reactants include polyacrylates, polyester polyols, and alkyd resins.

3. Packaging
220 kg steel drum; customized packaging is available upon customer request.
4. Storage and Handling Precautions
Store in a cool, dry, well‑ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep containers tightly closed. Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols, and food chemicals; do not store together.
WANNATE® THM-360B can be diluted with ester, ketone, and aromatic solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc. It generally has good miscibility with the above solvents, but the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Only urethane‑grade solvents (water content < 0.05%, free of reactive groups such as hydroxyl or amino) shall be used. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are not suitable as diluents.
WANNATE® THM-360B shall not be diluted to a solid content below 40%. Solutions with low binder content may become cloudy and precipitate after long‑term storage.
5. Compatibility
WANNATE® THM-360B is generally compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyether polyols, and polyacrylates. Compatibility testing of the formulated solution is required.
6. Shelf Life
The product is sensitive to moisture. When stored in the original unopened container under cool and dry conditions at 0–30 °C, the shelf life is 9 months.
