Product Introduction
The one-component solvent-based polyurea waterproof coating is an aliphatic and high-strength product. It is formulated from modified resins, special latent curing agents, ester solvents, etc. This product can cure into an elastic film through a polymerization reaction under the action of ambient temperature and humidity. It has good adhesion, excellent waterproof performance, and impact resistance on substrates such as concrete, natural stone, ceramics, mortar, masonry structures, steel structures, and epoxy. The construction operation is simple and convenient, and it can be widely used in flood discharge channels, overflow troughs, dam surfaces, expansion joints, construction joints, etc.

Substrate Treatment
- Substrates need to be treated by grinding, sandblasting, shot blasting, etc.
- For concrete, the loose part on the surface needs to be removed to expose the solid substrate. There should be no moisture or standing water. Special repair putty is used to fill the holes, and the corresponding primer is applied.
- For steel substrates, sandblast or shot blast to Sa2.5 grade, remove dust, and then apply the corresponding primer.
- For the construction of other substrates, please consult the Technical Department of Wanhua Energy Conservation Company.
Construction Conditions
- Ambient temperature range: 5 - 35°C, and the substrate temperature should be more than 3°C higher than the air dew point temperature.
- Ambient humidity range: ≤80% RH, and the moisture content of the concrete base surface should be less than 6%.
- Ventilation conditions: Ensure that there is no strong wind in the construction site to avoid dust entering and affecting the compactness of the coating.

Storage (Use) Precautions
- This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain and sunlight. Keep away from fire sources and heat sources. The storage temperature should be 10 - 35°C.
- Without opening the original packaging, the storage period of this product is 6 months from the date of production. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used.
- This product contains organic solvents. Please pay attention to safety during transportation. During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain and sunlight and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
Shelf Life
The shelf life of the one-component solvent-based polyurea waterproof coating is 6 months from the date of production under the specified storage conditions.
