Product Introduction
This product is made from high-strength building gypsum as raw material, supplemented by polymer components. It can completely solve problems such as ground cracking, hollowing, and poor sound insulation. The product features high construction efficiency and has functions of heat preservation, sound insulation, and heat storage.
Construction Method
- When using this product, the strength of the base course must meet the requirements. There should be no defects such as sanding, hollowing, or looseness. If the strength of the base course does not meet the requirements, it must be strengthened first. Before construction, the base surface must be dry, clean, free of oil stains and floating dust.
- After the base course treatment is completed, apply a special water-based interface agent. Do not miss any part during brushing.
- Before mixing, add the specified amount of clean water into the container. Then, slowly pour in the powder according to the usage ratio. Use a mixer to fully stir it into a uniform slurry, and then spread it on the treated base surface. A toothed trowel can be used to assist in leveling. Mixing and spreading can also be carried out by mechanical construction methods.
- After spreading, when no more surface bubbles are generated, use an anti-foaming roller to eliminate the surface bubbles.

Precautions
- The single-pass construction thickness should be between 5 - 30mm.
- It is not suitable for construction under direct sunlight or in a strong wind environment.
- The construction temperature should be between 5 - 35°C, and the humidity should be less than 80%.
- Do not add any materials without permission during use. It is strictly prohibited to add water and stir the slaked slurry again after initial setting.
- The mixed materials should be completely used for construction within 30 minutes.

Storage Precautions

This product is not a flammable liquid, explosive, oxidizer, corrosive, toxicant, or radioactive hazardous material during storage and transportation. It is not a hazardous product.
Fire-fighting Media: Carbon dioxide, foam, or chemical dry powder fire extinguishers can be used for fire-fighting. When there is no other fire extinguishing agent available, a large amount of atomized water can be sprayed. Once the fire is extinguished, the spilled materials should be cleaned up (see Leak and Spill Treatment).
