WANNATE® ITBL-460S is a caprolactam-blocked polyisocyanate. It consists of 60% caprolactam-blocked IPDI polymer and 40% No. 100 aromatic hydrocarbon solvent. It is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid at room temperature.

2. Applications
WANNATE® ITBL-460S is mainly used in light-stable one-component polyurethane baking coating systems. This curing agent can be used with suitable hydroxyl resins for internal can coatings. Coating systems formulated with WANNATE® ITBL-460S are suitable for baking applications, including coil coatings and can coatings.

5. Storage & Handling Precautions
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse.
- Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames.
- Keep containers tightly closed.
- Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols, and food chemicals; do not store together.
- Dilutable with esters, ketones, ether esters, and aromatic hydrocarbons.
- Stable solutions with a minimum 35 wt% solids content can be prepared.
- Do not use aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents for dilution.
- The stability of the prepared solution must be tested.
6. Compatibility
WANNATE® ITBL-460S is generally compatible with hydroxyl polyols. However, the compatibility of the formulated solution must be tested.
7. Shelf Life
6 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly in the original sealed container at room temperature.
