WANNATE HT-100

 

 

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from ignition sources and heat. Keep containers tightly closed. Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols, and food chemicals, and avoid mixed storage.

 

WANNATE® HT-100 can be diluted with ester, ketone, and aromatic solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc. It generally has good miscibility with the above solvents, but the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Only urethane-grade solvents (water content < 0.05%, free of reactive groups such as hydroxyl or amino groups) shall be used. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are not suitable as solvents.

 

WANNATE® HT-100 shall not be diluted to a solid content below 40%. Solutions with low binder content may develop turbidity and precipitation after long-term storage.

 

WANNATE® HT-100 is generally compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyether polyols, and polyacrylates; however, the compatibility of the formulated solution must be tested.

 

This product is sensitive to moisture. It is recommended to store the product in the original sealed container under cool and dry conditions at 0–30 °C. High-temperature storage will cause an increase in viscosity and color number. Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is at least 15 months.
