As a raw material for polyurethane production, WANNATE® IPDI is suitable for manufacturing polyurethanes with excellent light stability, weather resistance, and outstanding mechanical properties. It is especially used in the production of elastomers, water‑based coatings, polyurethane dispersions, and photocurable urethane‑modified acrylates.

4. Storage and Handling Precautions
Molten WANNATE® IPDI is a clear and transparent liquid. Due to its high chemical reactivity, it readily reacts with water to form insoluble urea compounds and release carbon dioxide, which may cause drum swelling and increased viscosity. Therefore, during storage, containers must be strictly dry, tightly sealed, and protected with dry nitrogen.
5. Shelf Life
This product is moisture‑sensitive. When stored in the original unopened container under cool and dry conditions at 0–30 ℃, the shelf life is 12 months.
