Surface Preparation

• The substrate must be fully dry, clean, oil-free, and free of other attachments.
• The pH value must be below 10.
• The structure should be flat, solid, and free of defects.
• For walls with old paint films, remove powdery and peeling coatings, rinse thoroughly with water, and allow to dry before application.

Application Conditions

Precautions

1. Store in a cool, dry warehouse protected from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
2. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 85%.
3. Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
4. The shelf life is one year at 20°C/68°F.
5. Read the application instructions before construction.
6. Thoroughly stir the paint in the can after opening.
7. Add a proper amount of water as specified if needed; do not over-dilute.
8. Avoid excessive paint absorption on brushes or rollers during application.
9. Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
