General Description and Recommended Applications

Physical and Chemical Properties

• Main Components: Lead-free pigments, nano-modified inorganic silicon materials, water, eco-friendly additives
• Color: White; other colors can be customized according to color cards
• Gloss: Matte
• Theoretical Film Thickness:
  • Wet film: Approximately 100 microns (per coat)
  • Dry film: Approximately 60 microns (per coat)
• Density: Approximately 1.50 g/ml

Application Methods

• Painting Techniques: Brush painting, roller painting, spray painting
• Diluent: Clean water (maximum volume: 30%)
• Tool Cleaning: Clean water
• Theoretical Coating Area: 5–7 m²/kg

Repainting Interval

• Minimum: 2 hours (at 20°C/68°F, 65% relative humidity)
  Note: Drying time may vary with temperature and humidity.
• Maximum: No limit

Surface Preparation

• The substrate must be smooth, solid, clean, and dry. For newly plastered walls, allow approximately 7 days of air-drying before painting.
• For surfaces with loose, powdery, or peeling old paint, thoroughly remove all defective coatings. For mold-infested walls, scrub repeatedly with bleaching powder solution to eliminate mold completely, rinse with clean water, and allow full drying before painting.

Application Conditions

• Conduct construction under normal and favorable conditions.

Precautions

1. Store the product in a cool, dry warehouse protected from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 0°C.
2. Avoid construction when the temperature is below 5°C or relative humidity exceeds 85%.
3. Do not mix with other paints, organic solvents, or powders.
4. The shelf life of this product is one year (at 20°C/68°F).
5. Read the usage instructions carefully before construction.
6. Stir the paint thoroughly after opening the can.
7. Add appropriate amounts of water as specified; do not over-dilute.
8. Avoid excessive paint absorption on brushes or rollers during application.
9. Use up the opened product as soon as possible.
