Application Guide

Surface Preparation:

Remove dust, oil, and contaminants from cables. Sand and dry the surface completely before coating application. Ensure surfaces are dry before coating.

Coating Application:

Mixing: Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with tap water (moderately) if the viscosity is too high for spraying.
For plastic/rubber-sheathed cables: Apply at least 5 coats, achieving a thickness of 0.5-1mm.
For oil-paper insulated cables: First wrap with fiberglass cloth, then apply the coating.
For outdoor/humid environments: Apply a matching topcoat clear varnish as a protective layer.

Curing Protection:

Protect wet coatings from water, sunlight, contamination, and mechanical stress. Repair damage promptly.

Safety & Storage

Although water-based, avoid inhalation of paint mist.

Prevent direct skin and eye contact. Use protective gear (gloves, goggles) during application.

PPE: Wear masks and gloves to avoid inhalation/skin contact.

Storage: Keep containers sealed in a cool, dry place (5–35°C). valid for 6 months.

Disposal: Comply with local environmental regulations.
