WANNATE THM-90B
WANNATE THM-90B is an aliphatic-aromatic polyisocyanate solution, consisting of 90% HDI-TDI trimer and 10% n-butyl acetate solvent. It is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid at room temperature.

1. Product Application
WANNATE® THM-90B is an aliphatic-aromatic polyisocyanate solution, consisting of 90% HDI-TDI trimer and 10% n-butyl acetate solvent. It is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid at room temperature.
As a raw material for polyurethane production, WANNATE® THM-90B is mainly used as a curing agent component for two-component polyurethane wood coatings. The coatings exhibit excellent chemical resistance, weatherability, outstanding gloss retention, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal co-reactants include polyacrylates, polyester polyols, and alkyd resins.

4. Storage and Handling Precautions
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep containers tightly sealed. Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols, and food chemicals, no mixed storage.
5. Dilution
WANNATE® THM-90B can be diluted with ester, ketone, and aromatic solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc. It generally has good miscibility with the above solvents, but the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Urethane-grade solvents (water content <0.05%, no active groups such as hydroxyl or amino) shall be used. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are not suitable as solvents. WANNATE® THM-90B shall not be diluted to below 40% solids. Low-solid solutions may become cloudy or form precipitates after long-term storage.
6. Compatibility
WANNATE® THM-90B is generally compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyether polyols, and polyacrylates. Compatibility testing of the blended solution is required.
7. Shelf Life
The product is sensitive to moisture. When stored in the original unopened container under cool and dry conditions (0–30 °C), the shelf life is 6 months.
